[Recipe] Roasted vegetables with Vegan gravy

Staying healthy during the ❄ ❄ winter season ❄ ❄


Roasted vegetables 🥕🧅🍠


Ingredients

📍10 Carrots

📍10 (Sweet) Potatoes

📍Hand of Brussels sprouts

📍1 Red onions

📍 Butternut

📍2 gloves of Garlic

📍Olive oil

📍Black pepper

📍Fresh herbs bouquets (Romarin)





Preparation

Take a big dish for the oven or two separate one, cut the potatoes and butternut in small pieces, put them in the oven with olive oil, garlic and red onions, then add the carrots (longest vegatables to cook).

60min later add the Brussels sprouts, the fresh herbs add olive oil again, mix everything together for another 20/30min.


Time to cook: 1h30 - low heat and mix from time to time


Vegan gravy: 🍶


📍1 vegetable stock

📍3 tablespoon of flour

📍1 tablespoon of Soya

📍 Black pepper and Himaliyiam salt

📍1 fresh Garlic and 1/4 onions

📍Bowled water


In a mixer add some bowling water an all the ingredients and, the gravy is ready!
