[Recipe] Passion for Pasta 🍝

Who doesn’t like pasta? It’s one of the most common foods to eat all year long; in fresh salad over summer and on cold winter days. It’s nutritious and satisfying!


First of all, it’s important to choose and find which varieties of pasta you like and are beneficial for your body; traditional ones (made with wheat flour and water) often has a little bit of protein and gluten.

On a plant based diet, I prioritise high protein pasta varieties:

  1. Organic Edamame Pasta.

  2. Organic Chickpea Pasta.

  3. Organic Fava Bean Fusilli

  4. Organic Red Lentil Penne
