Formula 1 : The basics and knowledge of a balanced diet​

I cover the basics of nutrition and their impact on our health. I give you the keys and the knowledge you need to create simple, balanced meals with a minimum of processed products. It's time to go back to the fundamentals: fresh, untreated and organic produce. It's better for your well-being, your health and the planet.

Formula 2 : Transition to a plant-based diet​

If you want to stop eating animal products and switch to a plant-based diet in a sustainable and healthy way, I can help you replace animal proteins with plant proteins, provide you with recipe ideas and make sure you don't create deficiencies in the long term.

Formula 3 : Healthy & sustainable weight loss​

If you are looking for long-term weight loss, I can work with you to develop a personalised plan based on your lifestyle, activity level and favourite foods. My approach to eating is flexible and focuses on a diet of nutrient-rich whole foods - limiting ultra-processed products. There's no frustration, it's a balanced diet.
