For some people, running is an integral part of their life. For me, starting wasnāt easy and I have been challenging myself on a running challenge the past few months.
Gym were closed, and I needed an activity to reduce stress and clear my mind. Honestly, it took me some time to really enjoyed it!
I have been working with @tscmethod on a monthly run challenge! (Each week, I receive 3 audio guided runs to complete) and it really motivated me to get better at running.
